PALMDALE, Calif. — A severe crash on Tuesday, Oct. 15 critically injured a California Highway Patrol motorcycle officer in Palmdale. The collision, involving three vehicles, occurred at Columbia Way and 6th Street West around 1:15 p.m.
Emergency responders arrived to find the officer’s motorcycle demolished against a damaged Jeep Cherokee, with debris and the officer’s gear scattered across the roadway. The officer, apparently the sole casualty, was rushed to Antelope Valley Hospital in critical condition.
